The hotel is located in a scary neighborhood with a lot of homeless people around, but it's very close to SF downtown and the bay, making it convenient for exploring the city. The rooms were kept very clean and had a comfortable bed and pillows, providing a good night's rest. The service was exceptional, making me feel welcomed and attended to. However, the dining options, particularly the ribs, were not the best. Overall, considering the value for money, it's a decent choice for a stay.
